About KATIE BROOM

In 2021, Katie Broom joined William Raveis Real Estate, South Florida. Originally from Palm Springs, California, Katie moved to Jupiter, FL, after she fell in love with the laid-back coastal town. Katie has a passion for homes and hospitality. Her luxury hotel experience set her up for a successful career in real estate. She quickly excelled and closed over $10 Million dollars worth of Real Estate transactions within her first 12 months. She was named, Rising Star in September 2021, by the Palm Beach Real Producers Magazine.

 

Katie loves serving the community and enjoys the art of turning strangers into friends. Customer Experience is paramount to her success, with her above-and-beyond attitude at the heart of every deal. Katie is extremely detail oriented and strives to create a smooth transaction each and every time. Data analysis, contracts, and the beach are a few of her favorite things. When she is not closing deals for her clients, Katie enjoys spending time with her fiance & business partner, Jesse Phillips, and his two sons - Jesse James and Josh.
